Coming Soon…
Peppermint Harps is a brand-new harp curriculum launching this summer. It has been written specifically for children and their teachers, with the goal of making teaching easy, fun, and adaptable!
Tested, Edited, and Tested More
Peppermint Harps was written and developed by two harp teachers from the US. It was then distributed to over 20 different teachers across the US and Canada for testing and feedback. With the feedback from so many teachers and studios, the curriculum has been maximized for practicality and ease of use for each harp teacher’s unique situation.
Engaging Illustrations & Full of Color
In addition to the original, colorful candy illustrations throughout the books, color-coding is also used on Cs and Fs, while note names are slowly removed as students progress through the books. Color coding is also removed starting in book 3.
Learning Made Fun!
Learn to Read Music
The curriculum is optimized to make learning how to read sheet music intuitive, fun, and natural. It is written to ease the student into reading sheet music while also learning fingering, placing, and basic harp technique.
Teach How You Want!
Peppermint Harps is built to make your job as a teacher easier. Organized to act as a basic roadmap so skills don’t get missed, it is meant to be used with whatever a teacher already likes to use in their studio. We find it can act as a nice base for a harp teacher to build off of, cutting down on prep time and allowing teachers to have more time to focus on the parts of teaching they like best. Have students work through it as quickly or slowly as you want and supplement freely!

Adaptable, Engaging, and Fun!
Made to work on 26-String Harps without levers
In our goal to make the harp more accessible to everyone, these first three books were written to work on almost all harps, including harps with as few as 26-strings and no levers. It is still just as effective on larger harps with levers or pedals, to give more flexibility to students from all backgrounds.
“It changed my life!
It makes teaching prep so much faster, and meant I could take on more students, and feel comfortable teaching technical material in groups too.“
